Vyshakh started on an oil rig in 2015 and went on to build Orange Jacket Adventures, a community-led travel company that has taken over 4,300 people across 17 countries since 2018. Before that he co-founded Deloz, a Dubai sales-automation CRM, where he raised $1M and scaled the team from 4 to 25 people in 13 months.

He now leads AIOS's customer work, putting the same builder-instinct into AI agents for ambitious businesses across Muscat and the Middle East.

Farooq is the engineer behind every AIOS build. A software architect with 20+ years of production experience and a Master of Science in Machine Learning and AI from Liverpool John Moores, he currently co-founds Zynapse, building agentic workflows and multi-agent systems for enterprise.

He has shipped real systems for real customers, a GCC tax-compliance platform in production, the Deloz CRM (built with Vyshakh in Dubai), a London crypto exchange, and a Bengaluru collaboration platform recognised in India's Top 30 startups. He has been on the Orange Jacket board since 2022.
